Project Supervisor Design Stage - PSDP

Under the Health and Safety Construction Regulations, generally you will need a PSDP and a PSCS (Project Supervisor Construction Process) if ANY of the following apply:
• The project involves a particular risk
• There is more than one contractor involved or
• The project will take longer than 30 working days or 500 person working days
 
This includes most construction projects including the majority of domestic extensions. Don’t hesitate to contact me should you require us to undertake this role.
